Job Description
We are seeking energetic and skilled Tele Caller Executives to join our team at Hiflygo Holidays. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers effectively to address their needs and queries.
- Generating leads by contacting potential customers and introducing our services.
- Closing sales deals over the phone.
- Creating and maintaining documentation based on customer interactions.
- Checking in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Requirements: Higher Secondary education, 1 year of technical support experience, fluency in Hindi and English.
