Job Description
We are hiring for an inbound voice process! All graduates are welcome to apply. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department.
- Process customer orders and update customer information in the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
