Job Description
Join AKS Fintech Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive in the Airline process. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with 1-2 years of calling experience or freshers with excellent communication skills.
This full-time position requires flexible availability for 24/7 rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, manage complaints, and provide information on flights and services.
Preferred languages include English and Hindi. Please note that there is no cab facility provided.
Salary is between ₹20,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month.
