Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly in regional language
• Answer customer queries and provide correct information
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Maintain call records and update CRM/daily reports
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Handle objections and close deals politely

Candidate must be fluent in at least one of the following:

• ✅ Kannada
• ✅ Tamil
• ✅ Malayalam

(Bilingual candidates preferred – English/Hindi is a plus)

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in regional language
• Convincing & polite nature
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp)
• Ability to work with targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
