Job Description

Role:

Hands-on Production Incharge to manage drawings, fabrication, vendor management, procurement and shop-floor execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and interpret AutoCAD (2D) drawings
• Supervise sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, welding, finishing)
• Manage daily factory floor operations, manpower, and timelines
• Ensure quality, safety, and production targets
• Coordinate with vendors and resolve production issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Production or related)
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Practical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
• Experience supervising shop-floor operations
• Basic electrical/electronics understanding

Experience:

• Multi-year experience in manufacturing / fabrication environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,00.00 – ₹32,00.00 per month
