Job Summary

The DGM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in overseeing the seamless execution of financial processes within the organization. With a focus on Finance – Order to Cash Record to Report and Procure to Pay the candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize operations. This hybrid work model offers flexibility ensuring efficient collaboration across teams during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of Finance
• Order to Cash processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Oversee the Record to Report (GL) operations ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance on Procure to Pay processes optimizing procurement strategies for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI solutions enhancing financial data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous validation and reconciliation processes.
• Facilitate effective communication between finance teams and other departments to align organizational goals.
• Drive innovation in financial processes by leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in financial systems and processes.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with financial operations ensuring robust controls are in place.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance
• Order to Cash demonstrating a deep understanding of transaction management.
• Proficiency in Finance
• Record to Report (GL) with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in Finance
• Procure to Pay showcasing skills in procurement strategy and cost management.
• Familiarity with Generative AI applications in finance enhancing data analysis and decision-making.
