Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and discreet Travelling Butler to provide seamless personal support to the Principal during frequent domestic travel. The role requires an anticipatory service mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage personal and logistical requirements across multiple locations within India.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany and assist the Principal during all domestic travel, ensuring smooth coordination across cities and residences.

• Manage and safeguard personal belongings, wardrobe, and high-value items with strict confidentiality and care.

• Oversee packing and unpacking while maintaining an organized and travel-ready system.

• Coordinate with household staff, hotels, and service teams across domestic locations to ensure consistent service standards prior to arrival.

• Liaise with chauffeurs, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and seamless logistics.

• Anticipate needs and deliver refined, discreet, and personalized service at all times.

• Maintain accurate travel itineraries, schedules, and documentation with confidentiality.

• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and professional presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as a Butler or Personal Attendant to HNI/UHNW principals or in luxury hospitality environments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility for frequent domestic travel and dynamic working hours.

• Absolute discretion, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.
