Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Management

* Regularly search and track government tenders on GEM Portal and other e-procurement platforms.

* Analyze tender notices, eligibility criteria, and requirements to shortlist suitable opportunities.

* Maintain a tender calendar with deadlines, submission dates, and follow-ups,

Bid Preparation & Submission

* Prepare, compile, and upload tender documents including technical and financial proposals.

* Draft cover letters, annexures, compliance checklists, and other required formats.

* Coordinate with finance, legal, and technical teams for necessary inputs.

* Ensure bids are compliant with tender terms and conditions.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with GEM Portal & e-tendering.

* Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bidding process.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF handling).

Qualification

* Certification or prior experience in e-procurement / GEM portal is an added advantage.

Shift time – 10:30am – 7:30pm

week off – Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
