Job Description

Primary Role:

Ensure exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure, handle special requests, and build guest loyalty.

Pre-Arrival

• Review reservations, VIPs, repeat guests, honeymooners, and special occasions
• Coordinate room preferences, amenities, and welcome arrangements
• Communicate with guests for arrival details, airport transfers, and special needs

Arrival & Stay

• Personally welcome guests and provide a resort orientation
• Assist with check-in formalities and room allocation
• Handle guest requests: spa bookings, sightseeing, dining, activities
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically
• Conduct courtesy calls to check guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, maintenance for guest needs
• Arrange surprises (cake, flowers, décor) for special occasions

Guest Experience Enhancement

• Promote in-house services and experiences
• Suggest local attractions, tea estate tours, trekking, cultural shows
• Upsell spa packages, private dining, romantic experiences
• Maintain guest history and preferences

Departure & Post-Stay

• Assist with check-out and transportation
• Collect feedback and encourage online reviews
• Handle lost & found
• Maintain guest feedback records and service recovery logs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
