Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who’s tech-savvy, patient, and loves helping people. Our software is transforming how jewellery businesses manage inventory, orders, and sales, and we need someone who can support our clients and make sure their experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our software inside-out and assist customers with their queries
  • Provide support via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Train clients on how to use the software during onboarding
  • Document and escalate issues or bugs to the technical team
  • Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in engineering or technical background is preferred
  • Quick learner who can understand new software and workflows fast
  • Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
  • Fluency in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati/Marwari is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a support or customer-facing tech role is a bonus
  • Friendly, calm, and professional attitude while dealing with customers
