Job Description

We are hiring a Full-time, Permanent Counter Staff for a self-service café. Duties include accurate POS billing, handling cash/UPI/card payments, polite customer interaction, explaining menu items, resolving basic queries, actively upselling add-ons and combos, coordinating with kitchen staff for timely orders, maintaining counter cleanliness, and following SOPs and hygiene standards. Open to freshers. Salary: ₹16,00–₹18,00 per month. Benefits include provided meals and paid time off. Work Location: In person. Ideal candidates are punctual, customer-focused, and comfortable using POS systems to ensure smooth service flow.
