Job Description

ManpowerGroup seeks Production CNC Operators to support manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include assisting with daily production schedules; operating and setting up CNC and other machines per SOPs; loading and unloading components; monitoring processes for quality and efficiency; reporting deviations and coordinating with maintenance, quality and stores; maintaining production logs; performing basic machine cleaning and routine checks; and implementing 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits include commuter assistance, provided food and Provident Fund. Candidates must meet production targets, minimize downtime and comply with safety requirements on the shop floor.
