Job Description
Full-time, permanent on-site role in Sriperumbudur. Manage shift operations, production targets, quality, safety; supervise manpower, machines, materials. Responsibilities: shift management, minimize downtime, maintenance coordination, shift reports, 5S/Kaizen/TPM. Required skills: SOPs, cycle/takt time, line balancing, OEE, 5 Whys/Fishbone, SPC, rejection analysis, ERP/MES (SAP/Oracle). Salary ₹500,00–₹700,00/year. Benefits: commuter assistance, food, provident fund. State current CTC, willingness to work in Sriperumbudur, qualification (Degree/Diploma), and industries worked in.
