Job Description

We are seeking an Education Account Executive to manage student fee collection and maintain accurate financial records. Duties include handling cash, cheque, online and bank transfers; issuing receipts and invoices; reconciling daily collections; tracking outstanding dues with class- and student-wise reports; following up with parents; coordinating concessions, waivers and refunds; supporting audits; ensuring compliance with fee policies; and handling parent queries professionally. Required: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, 6 months–3 years’ accounting experience (school experience preferred), proficiency in Excel and school ERP, strong numerical accuracy and confidentiality. Job type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month. Work location: In person.
