AKASA FINANCE LTD seeks a Field Collection Executive to recover overdue payments via phone, email and field visits. Key duties: maintain follow-up records, negotiate payment plans, resolve billing queries, coordinate with sales, billing and finance, send reminders, recommend legal action per policy, and meet recovery targets. Qualifications: high school diploma or bachelor’s, 0–3 years collections experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and professional handling of difficult conversations. A bike is mandatory for fieldwork. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month. Benefits: Provident Fund. Work Location: In person.
