Job Description
Analytix Group seeks an IT Support Executive to implement cybersecurity policies, provide technical support, install and maintain hardware/software, and manage Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. You will troubleshoot systems, networks and applications; manage email systems and DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM); maintain IT documentation and assets; and liaise with vendors and auditors. Required: solid cybersecurity knowledge, hardware/software proficiency, basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), diagnostic skills, Microsoft Office competence, and email platform experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field, 1+ year IT experience preferred, strong problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
