Job Description

Itvedant seeks a dynamic Career Guide for the Admissions department in Thane. Full-time role requiring 1+ year experience. You will manage the end-to-end student admission cycle: handle enquiries, explain IT courses and payment plans, resolve doubts, follow up for joining and payments, make due-payment calls, schedule and update upcoming batches, maintain student MIS, and achieve targets set by the reporting manager. Strong communication, ownership, and a passion for guiding students from inquiry to enrollment are essential. Supportive software-industry background and ability to coordinate with trainers and team members will help you succeed in this role.
