Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Security Officer (age 35–45) for MIPALLOY PRIVATE LIMITED. Minimum 12th pass with at least 5 years of factory security experience. Full-time, permanent on-site role. Salary ₹18,00–₹21,00/month with direct company roll, EPF, ESI, gratuity, annual increment and bonus, overtime, three meals daily, twin-sharing accommodation, uniform and shoes provided. Additional benefits include commuter assistance, health & life insurance, paid time off, leave encashment and provident fund. English and Hindi preferred. Candidates with a steady factory security background and strong discipline are encouraged to apply.
