Job Description

We are hiring a Career Counsellor (0–2 yrs) for EDIT & Silica Institute. Schedule: 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm; Saturdays and Sundays mandatory; one weekly off (fixed or rotation Tue–Fri). Responsibilities: welcome walk-ins, explain courses, follow up to convert inquiries, set and pursue sales targets, supervise counsellors and tele-callers, manage center operations, plan events, develop business, and attend campus visits in and around Mumbai. Requirements: strong counselling and sales skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, ethical and self-driven. Employment: Full-time, Permanent; Salary ₹18,00–₹38,00; benefits include cell reimbursement, flexible schedule, paid sick leave and PTO; in-person role.
