Job Description
We seek a Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in academic planning, course selection, and career pathways. You will assess student needs, develop individualized plans, liaise with faculty, and lead workshops. Minimum master’s degree in education, counseling, or related field, with 5+ years counseling experience and strong knowledge of curriculum and accreditation. Must demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, case management, and data-driven advising skills. Leadership experience, ability to mentor junior counselors, and proficiency with student information systems are preferred. Passion for student success and commitment to inclusive advising required.
