Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact and ensure smooth reception operations. You will greet visitors, manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and coordinate with departments to support daily office functions.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational ability, and a pleasant, professional demeanor. Previous reception or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, handling mail and inquiries, managing bookings, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
