Job Description
Shakti Group, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, seeks a Junior Architect to assist in preparing architectural and working drawings, support concept development, coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, visit sites, and help prepare BOQs and material specifications. Requirements: B.Arch, 1–3 years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit preferred, basic detailing and BOQ knowledge, familiarity with local bye-laws, and strong coordination skills. Benefits: flexible hours, annual leave, national presence, team outings, and Diwali bonus. Shift: 9 AM–6 PM. Job type: Full-time, in-person at Thane West. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month.
