Job Description
Join Malar Hospitals as a Patient Coordinator in Hosur. Full-time role reporting to the Operations Manager in Front Office/Patient Services. You will greet and assist patients and families, coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers, guide patients through billing, diagnostics and consultations, liaise across departments, handle feedback and grievances, maintain accurate confidential records, and follow VIP/international protocols when applicable. Requirements: graduate (healthcare/administration preferred), 1–2 years in hospital coordination, excellent English (Tamil preferred), strong interpersonal skills, MS Office/Hospital ERP familiarity, empathy and multitasking.
