Job Description
We seek a Packing Supervisor to lead three-shift packing of solid and liquid chemical finished goods. You will supervise assistants/operators, ensure compliant packing per SOPs and batch records, correct labeling/sealing, prevent cross-contamination, allocate manpower, meet targets, enforce PPE, 5S and safety, minimize material loss, train staff, and report to the Factory Manager/Production Head. Requirements: Any graduate, 2–7 years’ relevant experience. Full-time, permanent; salary ₹15,00–25,00/month; health insurance; on-site.
