Job Description
PARI INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED seeks an Admin Executive (Plant Level) to manage daily plant administration, attendance, shift rosters, visitor control, security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, accommodation and vendor coordination. Support HR on joining/exits, maintain records, office supplies and assets, prepare MIS reports, assist safety, medical and emergency arrangements, and support statutory admin compliance and audits. Requires strong communication, coordination, record-keeping, MS Office skills, and 2–5 years’ plant/factory administration experience; graduate preferred (12th pass considered). Plant-based role; may require shift support. Full-time, permanent. Pay: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund. Report to Plant Head / HR & Admin Manager.
