Job Description
PARI INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED seeks an Admin Assistant for its plant site to manage daily administrative operations, attendance, leave and manpower records, documentation, vendor coordination, gate pass and visitor logs, payroll inputs and compliance support. Candidates should hold a Graduate or Diploma, have 1–3 years’ plant/factory administration experience, basic HR & admin knowledge, and MS Office skills. Manufacturing experience, familiarity with statutory documentation, multitasking and strong communication are preferred. Full-time, in-person role; 6 days/week. Salary ₹16,00–₹24,00/month with Provident Fund benefit.
