Join us as an Operations Associate (Luxe) to support daily high-end operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate vendors and internal teams, oversee inventory and logistics, maintain quality and compliance, handle scheduling, and produce operational reports. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in luxury operations or hospitality, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Flexible schedule and ability to manage priorities under pressure are required. Passion for luxury service and a customer-first attitude is essential.
