Job Description

We are hiring International Customer Service representatives for Crescare Solutions in Thane. Candidates must have SSC plus a minimum of 2 years of US international voice experience, or SSC/HSC/Graduate with at least 1 year US international voice experience. Strong background in US sales, retentions, collections or upselling is mandatory. Recent experience should be from an international voice BPO. Shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM. Workweek: 5 days, Saturday & Sunday generally fixed off (one Saturday may be required). Selection: HR and Operations interviews. Compensation: up to 42k in-hand, depending on last drawn salary and experience.
