Job Description
Join our team as a Quality System Technician – Level IV responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead internal audits, manage document control, coordinate CAPA and change control, oversee calibration and supplier quality, investigate non-conformances, and train staff to ensure ISO/GMP compliance. This senior role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in quality tools (root cause analysis, FMEA), and experience with audit programs and regulatory submissions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in engineering, life sciences, or equivalent, minimum 5 years in quality systems, and proven leadership in continuous improvement. Certification (e.g., ASQ) is a plus.
