Job Description
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd seeks an IT Dialer Technician to install, configure and maintain dialer platforms (Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk), manage VoIP servers, SIP trunks and international call routing, and provide daily IT/dialer support. You will troubleshoot network, CRM integration and performance issues, optimize campaigns, monitor real-time metrics, document configurations, and coordinate with operations for telematics/ELD connectivity. Require 5+ years managing dialer systems, strong VoIP/SIP/IP telephony knowledge, Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) proficiency, basic MySQL and firewall experience preferred, excellent problem-solving and communication, and ability to work rotational 24×7 shifts. Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary ₹28,00–30,00/month.
