Job Description

HRQuadrant is hiring a Banking Associate – Banca Channel in Thrissur, Kerala (All Kerala). Full-time role selling life insurance through partner bank branches: engage customers, conduct needs-based financial discussions, cross-sell/upsell products, build lasting relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, age 30 or below, minimum 1 year sales experience (preferably in financial services), strong communication and negotiation skills. In-person position. Compensation from ₹35,00/month plus cellphone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave and Provident Fund. Industry: Life Insurance.
