Job Description
HRQuadrant is hiring a Relationship Executive – Bank to work from a partner bank branch, advising existing bank customers on life insurance solutions. No field sales or cold calling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year sales experience (banking/NBFC/insurance preferred), under 35, Kerala residents only. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary ₹25,00–₹33,00/month plus incentives, provident fund, and growth opportunities in a stable bank-based environment. Supportive team, fixed salary, and career progression.
