Job Description
Seahorse Technology seeks an experienced STP Operator to manage an MBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant, operate RO systems and monitor the DG room. Responsibilities include daily MBR/RO operation, monitoring MLSS, DO, pH, TMP, permeate flow, backwash/CIP, sludge handling, membrane cleaning, basic pump/membrane maintenance, DG monitoring and logbook upkeep. Requirements: 3–5 years MBR STP experience (mandatory), RO experience, DG knowledge, TNPCB compliance awareness, basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting; ITI/Diploma preferred. Full-time, on-site role. Pay: ₹12,788.04–₹26,739.11/month. Benefits: long-term stability, exposure to advanced MBR technology and career growth.
