Job Description

Uniservice seeks a full-time Helpdesk Executive with 1–3 years’ experience for a residential facility. Date opened: 12/08/2025. Responsibilities include maintaining Gate App records, bookkeeping, receiving resident calls, logging and coordinating complaints, updating residents, managing move-in/move-out processes, issuing POs, processing invoices, and providing professional customer support as primary resident contact.
