Job Description
A Project Coordinator at IndoAge supports project managers in planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities include assisting with timelines, coordinating internal teams (design, development, marketing, vendors), tracking progress and updating schedules, organizing meetings and MOMs, maintaining documentation and trackers, identifying risks and escalating issues, and enforcing processes and SOPs. Required: strong written and verbal communication, basic project management knowledge, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Trello/Asana/ClickUp/Jira, good time-management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree preferred; freshers with internships welcome. Job type: Full-time; Pay: ₹10,00–12,00/month; On-site.
