Job Description
We are hiring a Surgical Retail Executive to manage and grow our surgical supplies retail operations, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will advise customers and medical professionals on surgical products, manage inventory and merchandising, coordinate orders, train retail staff, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements: diploma or degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business; 1–3 years’ experience in medical device or retail; strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
Skills: excellent communication, relationship-building, basic accounting, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to liaise with clinical teams and follow safety standards.
