Zuper Hotels & Resorts seeks a Guest Relation Executive to ensure exceptional guest experiences as the primary contact: manage check‑ins/outs, resolve complaints, supervise front office and guest relations teams, coordinate with housekeeping and room service, handle VIP arrivals, and use feedback to improve service. Required: excellent customer service, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, staff management and cross‑department coordination, and a proactive attitude. Full-time, in person.
