Job Description

Green Start Jobs is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (Home Loan Sales) in Alappuzha for the Affordable Market. The CRE will source leads via field visits and local networking, explain product eligibility and documentation, manage customer and partner relationships, and support applicants through the loan process to ensure smooth file login. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months’ sales experience (preferably BFSI, housing finance or affordable housing), strong communication and interpersonal skills, a target-driven mindset, and basic knowledge of housing finance (preferred). Energetic, hardworking field-sales candidates from affordable housing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
