Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Reservation Associate to manage bookings and guest inquiries, ensuring accurate reservations and excellent service.
Responsibilities include handling reservations by phone, email and online platforms, confirming bookings, processing payments, updating the reservation system, coordinating with front desk and operations, and resolving guest issues.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years hospitality or reservations experience preferred, strong communication and multitasking skills, basic computer literacy, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule.
