Job Description

Vishnu HR Solution seeks Field Sales Executives with persuasive communication, objection-handling and selling skills. Graduates or H.S. candidates (0–3 years, FMCG preferred) may apply. Responsibilities include selling volume, managing distribution, corporate hanger/shelving, meeting call and productivity targets, and planning and maintaining cost-effective coverage to maximize results. Must be fluent in the local language with satisfactory English. Working hours: 8am–5pm. Salary: INR 12–14k. Locations: multiple West Bengal areas (Shyamnagar, Khilkapur, Barasat, Goghat, Abambagh). Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
