Job Description

As Floor Supervisor you will lead workshop operations, supervising technicians, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity and bay utilization, and ensuring Right First Time and Right on Time repair execution. You will enforce 5S/lean processes, conduct quality checks, resolve customer complaints with service advisors, support parts management, manage manpower and safety, and coach staff to improve performance and Kaizen initiatives. Required: strong two-wheeler technical knowledge, supervisory experience, leadership, problem-solving, time management and communication skills. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹10,412.35–₹25,317.97/month. Benefits: health insurance, leave encashment, provident fund. Work location: In person.
