Job Description

TRINITY EMPOWERMENT seeks a Field Sales Executive to onboard retailers, distributors and wholesalers, ensure visibility, collect orders/payments, report daily and meet monthly targets. Requirements: 1–3 years FMCG field sales, strong communication/negotiation, Thane market knowledge, two-wheeler with valid license, willing to travel. Education: 10th/12th pass (graduate preferred). Salary: fixed + incentives ₹12,011–₹34,670, travel allowance, leave encashment, life insurance. Shift: Mon–Sat, 10:30–19:30. Immediate/local joiners preferred.
