Job Description
Join Cake Studio Kitchen as a Customer Service Team Member. You will greet customers, take orders, assist with menu recommendations, manage billing and POS payments, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a pleasant café experience. The role may include delivery support and handling guest queries professionally. Candidates should be smart, energetic, well-presented, with good communication and customer-handling skills; basic billing knowledge is a plus (training provided). This full-time, permanent position welcomes freshers. Pay: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month. Work location: in person.
