Job Description
MAPPAS RESTAURANT seeks a Chef de Partie (All Rounder) to manage assigned kitchen sections (Indian, Continental, Tandoor, Chinese, Butchery, Pantry). You will prepare and present dishes to standard recipes, maintain quality, portion control and hygiene (HACCP), supervise commis and assistants, manage stock (FIFO), assist menu planning and cost control, minimize waste, and ensure safe kitchen operations. Rotational shifts, standing long hours, weekends and holidays required. Requirements: Diploma/certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred, 2–4 years’ kitchen experience, prior commis experience, strong culinary, leadership, time-management and food-safety knowledge. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Food provided. Work location: In person.
