Job Description

As a Tele Recruiter at THREESTAR ENTERPRISES, you will source candidates via job portals and social media, conduct initial phone screenings and interviews, and manage candidate records and scheduling. You will maintain applicant databases, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and serve as the primary candidate contact to ensure a professional experience. Collaborate with HR on recruitment strategies, onboarding support, and follow-ups. Full-time position, in person. Salary: ₹14,00–₹18,00 per month. Ideal candidates are organized communicators with phone-based interviewing experience and familiarity with recruitment tools.
