Job Description

We seek a motivated, detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration at GUARDIAN ANGEL HOMECARE. Responsibilities: screen resumes, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, maintain HR records, assist events and support HR managers. Preferred: Admission Counselor experience, persuasive communication. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/Social Work or related, strong interpersonal, organizational and MS Office skills; HR software a plus. Languages: English and Malayalam. In-person; stipend up to ₹10,00/month + cell reimbursement.
