Job Description

Akbar Online Booking Company seeks an Operations and Reservations Executive to manage online hotel bookings across B2B/B2E/B2C channels. Responsibilities include verifying availability, rates, room types and cancellation policies; processing confirmations, vouchers and amendments; handling modifications, cancellations, no-shows and rebookings; ensuring timely payments to hotels and suppliers, cross-checking invoices and coordinating reconciliations with accounts; maintaining daily booking and confirmation trackers; preparing operational reports; and following SOPs to minimize errors. KPIs: confirmation turnaround time, error-free reservations, payment accuracy and supplier response time. Full-time, on-site. Pay: ₹13,00–₹15,00/month. Benefits: provided meals and Provident Fund.
