Key duties include lead generation, follow-ups and conversions to meet sales targets, pre-sales and local marketing (flyers, inserts, outdoor campaigns), software management, flexible and extended hours, and weekend duties. The role requires strong communication, persistence, and multitasking in a fast-paced gym environment.
