Job Description
Lead and supervise the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Coordinate with front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill guest requests and VIP arrangements. Train and mentor staff, monitor performance, and maintain accurate guest records and reports. Implement service standards and handle escalations during peak periods. Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, strong problem-solving and leadership, and knowledge of PMS/reservation systems. Flexible schedule and customer-focused attitude required.
