Job Description
We seek a confident Admissions Counselor to engage prospects, understand business needs, and guide clients to IT solutions like Zoho CRM, business email, and digital platforms. Responsibilities: outbound calling, explaining services, qualifying leads, scheduling demos with sales/technical teams, maintaining follow-ups and CRM records, and meeting calling and conversion targets. Required: strong English plus regional language communication, telecalling confidence, basic computer skills (email, CRM, MS Office), willingness to learn Zoho products, positive goal-oriented attitude. Preferred: experience in telecalling or IT sales and familiarity with CRM/SaaS. Full-time, permanent position. Salary ₹10,00–13,00/month plus incentives, training, and career growth. On-site role at Tech Geum.
